What is our methodology?
We use our own methodology for the survey, based on the global researches and practices in engagement. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of reliability of the results and provide organizations with timely feedback.
Our methodology has been applied in multiple employee engagement surveys in different companies in different fields of the industry and services since 2012. The same methodology was used for TOP ICT Employer survey for the companies, operating in IT and BPO sectors in Bulgaria.
During the development process of our methodology, we considered the researchers’ results, indicating that there is a direct link between organizational policies, procedures and practices in human resources management (such as recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, career development, communication, and others) and employee engagement. The way these policies, procedures and practices are adopted in the company impacts and affects the employee engagement level.
